My passion for baking began as a child, inspired by her Sunday school teacher who created and iced amazing cakes.

Qualifications

I trained at Waltham Forest College where she qualified in all aspects of catering. I continued studying which resulted in a certificate for City and Guilds 121, Design and Decoration of Flour Confectionary with 2 distinctions and a credit. Other professional qualifications include RIPHH Diploma in Food Hygiene, City and Guilds Further and Adult Teaching certificate 730/7 and Advanced Pastry 706/3.

A specialist in individually designing imaginative wedding and celebration cakes, I have over 25 years experience in creating unique traditional and modern style cakes.

All the cakes are handmade, baked using the finest ingredients to ensure they taste delicious.
