My passion for baking began as a child, inspired by her Sunday school teacher who created and iced amazing cakes.
I trained at Waltham Forest College where she qualified in all aspects of catering. I continued studying which resulted in a certificate for City and Guilds 121, Design and Decoration of Flour Confectionary with 2 distinctions and a credit. Other professional qualifications include RIPHH Diploma in Food Hygiene, City and Guilds Further and Adult Teaching certificate 730/7 and Advanced Pastry 706/3.
